(NR) After college student Anne Jensen (Romy and Michele's High School Reunion) is "arrested" on drugs charges at a Mexico resort, security boss Christopher Atkins (Brooke Shields' co-star in The Blue Lagoon) learns she is the daughter of the Governor of California. To avoid a political scandal, he and fellow DEA agent Bob Sattler (Crazy/Beautiful) launch a secret mission to foil her kidnappers' blackmail attempt. Debut writer-director David Starr's 2002 political thriller, which also stars Tane McClure (Legally Blonde), premieres Thur., Mar. 25 at the Palms, and plays there Mon.-Wed., Mar. 29-31.
